Thinking is a wonderful gift of God. All creatures respond to environment in their
own way. The process of thinking is not
limited to man. Even other animals
think. Thinking can be of different types
like creating, judging, calculating, planning, wondering, memorizing,
destroying and persuading, among others.
Thinking -Definition
Thinking is a conscious or unconscious process of
doing or perceiving things to be done. It
is a process of subtle combination of Wisdom, Reason and Intuition. One cannot
be without the other. All the three are
inherited. It is generally believed
that thinking takes place at all the three levels of consciousness viz. the
conscious, semi conscious and the unconscious levels. It involves the day to day activity of
remembering the phone number, understanding and applying the nuances of
private, social and global life and also subtly about living within oneself.
When we speak of interpersonal communication and
global outlook, we speak of global outreach of our thought process. It is an inherent skill. Training and skill development program
sharpen it and give it direction. Inborn
traits can never be altered. It is a big joke that the psychologist and the
parents alike blame the environment entirely for the behavior of their
child. We can blame the former for the
half knowledge while the latter forget that they are the child’s essential part
or carrier of the misery.
The Seat of Thinking

We look at Science like how we see the Moon! That which is Visible is Science that which
is not is Metascience. And
psychologists state science beyond their study of Mind as Parapsychology.)]
Thinking starts from the DNA. Thinking process has its root in
intuition. Intuition stems out to
feelings and feelings to thought process. Every cell of the body takes part in
the process of thinking! The brain is
the Coordinator and Executor. It is like
the CEO of a Public limited company.
Now the question arises – What is the role of DNA in the thinking
process?
DNA and its role
There are two types of DNA in Human body – Nucleus
DNA passed down through reproductive system and the mitochondrial DNA that is
passed through Mother at birth. While the former contains the sequence of
features of both the mother and the father through the generations: the latter
carries the DNA from the mother alone from the womb. During birth, the DNA draws the design of
who we are and guidelines for who we will become.
All commands pertaining to life (till death) are
given in the DNA. The essential energy
gathered in the nuclear DNA directs the person’s thinking process and thereby
to emotional and physical responses and stimuli. Physical attraction, sexual preference and
emotional sustenance are essential part of energy flow through generations. Similarly love for wealth, greed and gluttony
is hereditary. Destiny is imprinted in
the DNA. Let us take for instance
marriage and family life. Marriage is not a coincidence. Whether it is in love marriage or in arranged
marriage, one’s destiny to get married to a person is already recorded in the
DNA. If you take the DNA of a person for
say three generations - Aunts,
Grandparents and Cousins – one can map the likelihood of getting married(love
marriage or arranged)- age as well as the description of the spouse, disease, widowhood, getting riches and even death
etc..
Psychic consultants read the map to ascertain
information with regard to the concerned person and his surroundings.
The DNA carries with it the sum total of all the
experiences including thought process throughout its evolution from the first
living microbes till date. It is like
the chip in the Computer that keeps recording.
It also permits cloud computing that involves the e-host – The Wider
Universal arena.
Every moment of our life, right from the moment the
egg is formed in the mother’s womb till death, is recorded in the DNA. All the organs of the body record the
experience at various frequency levels.
A psychic consultant can sense the recordings when he harmonizes with
the energy in the DNA.
People generally believe that one cannot sense or
know the happenings around, beyond the five senses. It is not true. There is always transmission of energy from
all living and non living things across the Universe. We consciously or unconsciously pick it up
and store it in our memory. I can give
you an example. One of my clients (a
couple) posed me a direct question as to how their second child is different or
aggressive whereas the first child is quiet and normal. I asked him about their life since
marriage. It was a dream marriage and a
wonderful honeymoon. She conceived in
three months and subsequently gave birth to a healthy child. Everything had been happy till then. Responsibilities, work stress and taking care
of the child was challenging for the nuclear family. Friction and cracks developed in their
relationship. There was monetary stress
and so the couple worked overtime. The
family somehow managed for one or two years.
They were over-stressed and busy with their profession. On the other hand, family responsibility and
the first child’s school admissions clogged their mind. The crack in their relationship widened.
They blamed each other for every problem.
During the course, she conceived the second time. She cursed the Gods for the hardships she had
to face in her office and also at home.
The doctor’s fees and the thought of having to take a break from office
was a trigger for further depression.
It is in this atmosphere that the second child was
born. The conflict of minds in the
couple during the process of conception and the subsequent hard feeling in the
minds of both the partners are recorded in the fetus. The child born would more probably not be a
normal child –mentally, physically or emotionally.
Can thinking process be consciously modified?
Thinking process can be consciously modified by
behavioral and environmental changes.
The concentration of positive energy around the body can change the
chemical structure of DNA. Yoga, healthy
family life, food habits and good peers have a positive impact on the DNA. But
the crux of the problem lies in how far the individual is ready to accept these
things. Here again the scripts of the
DNA runs!
The Paradox
The
possibility of modifying thought process may raise some dust about the nature
of DNA. DNA is like a clay mud. The external agencies can shape it in any way
it wants but the innate nature remains.
The quality of the clay determines the strength and the quality of the
resultant product. And it certainly adds
to the grace of drinking coffee or tea.
The appearance may be different to our perception but the substance
beyond which we never see or feel consciously, remains unchanged. That is how we fit ourselves in this world.
The second paradox is about the possibility of
changes in future outcomes with changing environmental and behavioral
aspects. Cosmetic changes can be made
in us to appear socially acceptable. The
animal in us cannot be tamed or modified.
The law of energy is clear: Energy
can neither be created nor destroyed- it can be changed from one state to
another. Yoga, prayer and other positive energies may hold the raging
spirit for a while but the raging fire cannot be put off. Hence both positive energy and negative
energy try to adversely influence the energy flow in their own ways. Aptitude and attitude cannot be
modified. Just to make one appear
earthly and sociable, we try to influence thought process. An animal is at its best in the environment
it chooses. Live your natural life. I am
one with OSHO in this.
The fear is that if the child is left unconditioned from the very beginning he will be so intelligent, he will be so alert and aware, that his whole life style will be of rebellion. And nobody wants rebels; everybody wants obedient people.
Parents love the obedient child. But remember, the rebellious child is the intelligent one. The rebellious child is not respected or loved. The teachers don´t love him, the society don’t give him respect. He is crushed.

Social conditioning of children has killed their
inherent skills. Our social system and curriculum
of studies kills thinking skill.
Knowledge acquired in universities today misleads people in acquiring
knowledge based on half baked facts. Parents and elders, like our education
system, enslave children. These kill
intuition and wean us from reality.
A small digression on Aptitude and Attitude in Education!
The
main actor in the teaching process is the teacher. By making degree in
Education and doctorate in the subject as the mandatory requisite for teaching
in schools and colleges, the system makes a mockery of the whole system. Aptitude and attitude play a major role in
churning the teacher’s contribution. A
degree in Education and Doctorate in a subject can only add a feather to their
cap. Both don’t deal with insight into
students’ thinking or learning process.
Our training for teachers treats students as specimen to be goaded to
learn from the curriculum. It does not
treat them as an individual. Also, mere
doctorate in micro level studies on a topic does not make them specialist in
the subject they teach. Candidates with
a right aptitude and an attitude to perform the noble task in addition to
subject knowledge should be appointed as teachers. Unless universities have a knack of
identifying such people, the present education system will go to rots! Premier institutes like IIT or IIM and others that boast of highly salaried alumni,
shy away from talking about number of their alumni who are jobless and/or have committed suicide unable to sustain
pressure of life. This is a global
phenomenon!
They
don’t teach the students to think: they are trained to slave - to be a slave to
the material world. Creative thinking is
thwarted. Only few people live a human
life.
The third paradox is with regard to marriage. One’s life is not complete without marriage-a
beautiful bonding of heart and soul. It
is pre-destined. One’s choice of partner
is decided in one’s fetus stage itself and even well before that. It just happens! I have heard many of my
friends congratulating their choice of bride and then after one or more years
blame the same girl for misfortunes at home. Same is the case with the other
sex. They end up commenting that they could have made a better choice. Satisfaction in a marriage comes from their
sense of judgment. Here intuition plays
a prominent part.
Marriage of convenience always brings misery. These are again contradictions since everything is predestined!

Conclusion:
Thinking is a complex process involving millions of
cells in our body. The seat of thinking
is the DNA and the brain is just a CEO.
All issues - private, social or political - have solutions only if one
understands the core issues related to how man thinks!
